School of Foreign Studies (SFS) of Anhui University of Technology(AHUT) is located in the foothills of Jiashan Mountain and the shores of Yushan Lake in Ma'anshan of Anhui Province, an "ecological paradise and a famous city ofintellectual manufacturing" which has been nurtured by thousands of years of poetry and prose. Based on the advantages of AHUT, which is mainly based on engineering, has distinct industry characteristics, and is closely integrated with political science, industry, academia, research and application, SFS is oriented to the needs of cultivating the international talents for China's economic and social development and the construction of the "Belt and Road". Adhering to the concept of "integration of Chinese and Western learning, unitification of knowledge and action", SFS has opened up a new liberal arts development path that is multilingual, cross-disciplinary, and integrated. Currently, there are three master's degree programs including Business English Studies, Translation (MTI), and International Chinese Education. It has three English undergraduate majors in English (a national first-level undergraduate major construction point), Translation, and Business English, as well as a second bachelor's degree in Business English.
